Process facilitation: change management

Change, gradual or sudden, is part of working life. It can be triggered by new processes, new software or, less tangibly, a deliberate shift in culture.

If you are responsible for a change, you need more than a plan. A plan won’t win over anyone who is worried about their role. I work with managers and teams from the first conversation to the point where nobody talks about “the project” any more, because it has simply become the way things are done.

I focus on the people side: who is affected, what worries them, what slows things down and what moves them forward. Here, too, a well-chosen workshop can make a real difference.
